Great property, great location, and your video quality is amazing these days. I felt like I could see every leaf on the trees in the drone shots. If I owned this place, I'd put in a tennis court and a campo da bocce. Shouldn't be hard to find the space for them. ;-)

Looks like this is really expensive, but if you think about it, all the renovations have been done already, which is usually a big very unsure cost factor that can explode, so they made the insecurity a fixed number, which is good. Also a fully equipped professional kitchen, and the pool is amazing. Perfect location for a 3-michelin-star cook with some lodging, too. :)

ASKING PRICE: 4.2M euros

I could not figure out why they put the pool so far away, then I saw the olive trees they preserved and understood.

I have been a surfer all my life and have been to some beautiful places around the world seeking waves and countries with beaches/waves. Now I'm 60 and don't get in the water so much and my outlook has changed. I never realized how beautiful the region of Tuscany was before watching your videos. Now I have to win the lottery and move there 😍

I couldn't stop smiling while I watched this.I felt so emotional, congratulations to your parents for having a vision & working relentlessly to bring it to reality. I always wanted to do Real Estate as a child growing up, I so loved architecture ,thank you as well for restoring the beautiful walls & ceilings.

Having all of those mini splits units on the top looks rather bad. Perhaps they should have put those on other location.
